Autumn Trails of the Rocky Mountains Part 1
Heart Health Autumn Trails of the Rocky Mountains is a beautiful 7 day workout series presented in 2 parts. Starting at Dillon Lake (near Keystone) we ride to Copper Mountain then to Breckenridge. Each day is a workout that pairs interval bike efforts with off bike exercises.
Part 1 covers the first 3 workouts, days 1,2 and 3. These are interval cycling workouts and off bike exercises geared to provide amazing cardio aerobic benefits merged with flexibility and balance. These focus on aerobic intensities to improve weight-loss and cardio strength.
