Autumn Trails of the Rocky Mountains Part 2

 Heart Health Autumn Trails of the Rocky Mountains is a beautiful 7 day workout series presented in 2 parts. Starting at Dillon Lake (near Keystone) we ride to Copper Mountain then to Breckenridge.  Each day is a workout that pairs interval bike efforts with off bike exercises.
Part 2 begins high intensity interval training designed to maximize fuel burn while improving strength and performance. These on bike routines are supplemented by off bike flexibility routines designed to improve blood flow to target areas for recovery and muscular growth.
