Heart Health, Summer Roads through Colorful Colorado is a beautiful  1 and 1/2 hour workout that begins at Echo Lake (11,000 feet) and descends into the Denver metro (5500′). It’s an absolutely gorgeous day in Colorado. Blue sky’s and fluffy billowing clouds follow your ride 33 miles while descending, by bike, almost 6000 feet. From Squaw pass, we’ll descend to Evergreen Lake. We go through downtown Evergreen and follow Lower Bear Creek descending on fun, fast, winding roads until we reach our destination, Morrison Colorado.
